We ship all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fast and secure service delivering your products directly to your door.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on order time, delivery address, and holidays. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page at checkout.

  • Delivery Delays: During peak periods, such as holidays or weekends, please allow 3–5 business days before contacting customer support regarding delays.

Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if placed within the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed by 4 PM

  • Saturday: Orders placed by 11 AM

Please note that dispatch or delivery cannot be guaranteed on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. Any updates to dispatch times will be reflected on the product page.

Sunday delivery is unavailable for the following postcodes:

DD9-11, DG5-9, FK17-21, KA27-30, KY10, KY14-16
PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH5-9, PH11-13
PH15-26, PH30-50, PO30-41, TD5, TD15, TR21-25

Remote areas, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands, may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Handling During Holidays & Weekends

During busy periods (public holidays, Christmas, or major events), delivery times may be extended. We update product pages with relevant dispatch information to keep you informed.
